Whatever I say it is thats what it is…

In my last module for Foundation Art I created a perspex boxes to be filled with water and all air bubbles taken out.  It would be completely sealed and would have the appearance of just being an empty box.  The audience or viewer or participant would then pick up the box and upon doing so it would be revealed that the box, although appearing light would actually be heavy, the viewer being led to question their own judgement.  Today, we received our marks for the last module and my lecturer suggested a work by Michael Craig martin called An Oak Tree.  it works on the same principle.  Take a look for yourself and see…
